Ethan turns Three!
My little guy turned three this past April. We celebrated his birthday at the DNR's Outdoor Adventure center.  Ethan had a fantastic time playing with his friends and family! Ethan has had an exciting year.  He left daycare in January to spend time with his newly retired Grandma.  He was able to relax, wake up when he wanted, and play with his brother and sister on a daily basis.  His Grandma takes him for walks, to the park, cooks with him, reads him stories, among many other things.  We are so blessed!  At the moment, Ethan loves to swim, play with his trains and cars, jump on his bed, take baths, chase his brother and sister, and build forts.  He loves to eat yogurt, fruit, cheese, cheese crackers, mac n cheese, cereal, apple sauce, cottage cheese, and breakfast bars (though he will eat many other things).  This summer he began speech therapy at Beaumont and it is helping him tremendously!  He is currently building his vocabulary by labeling objects and using verbs with them.  I love hearing him string together three and four words.  This is very challenging for Ethan, but his is working so hard and doing such a great job:)  This fall Ethan will be starting preschool.  I am so looking forward to seeing how my little guy blossoms:)  He is so sweet and has such a kind heart!

And just like that, she is 15 months!

My little girl is all grown up! I took a rather large break from my blog because being a busy mom and teacher kind of consumes a persons life;) Plus, I was having a hard time locating it after my computer died and I had to get a new one.

Any who, Lenora was 29 pounds and 32 inches at her 15 month appointment.  She has curly hair to die for and a shining personality to match.  Lenora stood at 9 months and walked at 13 months.  I call her my doll face, cutie booty, and Nora Bora.  She is talking up a storm, unless she doesn't know you;)  She loves to give her mommy kisses and she has to have a kiss from mommy when she falls down.  She has been out of daycare since January because her grandma now takes care of her when mommy is at work.  Her grandma makes her lots of pretty dresses to wear. She is so lucky!  Mommy has a bow, fabric, shoe ,and little girl clothes addiction because her sweet little girl:)  Lenora is still in cloth diapers and loves most kinds of foods, but is starting to get picky like her brother Henry.  She loves to go for walks and she can hold her own with her brothers.  She is growing up too fast and is sadly my last baby.  I can't wait to see what the future holds for her!
