Fall Fun!

We have had a very busy fall! Henry visited his first farm, went to lots of cider mills with mommy and daddy, took a trip to Traverse City/ Bellaire, visited a pumpkin patch, went to a Halloween Party, went to the Zoo Boo at the Detroit Zoo and painted and carved pumpkins. Henry even found out he is going to become a big brother come April.

Henry is 11 months old!

It's hard to believe that my little monkey will be turning one next month! Where has the time gone? We have had so much fun this summer! Now we have less than a month to spend together. Mommy has to go back to work on the 20th of August and Henry will be starting daycare for the first time. It will be hard but, I know we will both get through it.
Henry has been a very busy boy this month. He is crawling a lot more and walks around the coffee table and then to the couch while holding on every chance he gets. He plays all over the house leaving a path of toys in his wake.  Henry loves to explore everything and anything that is around him.  He went on his first boat ride this month and was fascinated with the noisy engine and the bubbles it created in the water. We also went on a trip to Home Depot last week and he became very interested in the large hand saw the gentleman was using to cut bench seats for me.  A lady stopped as she walked by and said wow no reaction (she thought he would cry), he must like it!  Just recently Henry learned to pant like a doggy:) It is so cute!
Henry is getting to be a very big boy. He is 34 inches and about 25 pounds.  He is between sizes 12 months and 18 months because of his height. Everywhere we go everyone always says what a big boy he is. Who knows what the next month will bring...maybe a full time walker? We will see. Until then we are gearing up for Henry's big day...his 1st Birthday:)
